Submit Proof of Product

Verified sellers in the Ascending Energy network are required to submit full Proof of Product (POP) documentation before any buyer introduction is facilitated. This protects all parties and ensures deal integrity.

Required POP Documentation

• Full Corporate Offer (FCO) or Soft Corporate Offer (SCO)
• SGS or equivalent inspection report
• Tank storage receipt or warehouse receipt
• Product passport or certificate of origin
• Seller's mandate authorization (if applicable)
